摘要
将ICP-OES用于测量镍铜合金中的铝含量。设计方法对铝元素的特征发射谱线对比选择最优分析谱线、标液加基体消除基体干扰,提高分析准确度和精密度。结果表明:铝的发射谱线λ=237.313 nm,不受镍铜合金中其他共存元素干扰。该测量方法准确、快速、高效,且能够取代传统Na2EDTA滴定法,可用于实际生产中的镍铜合金中Al元素含量为1.00%-4.00%的含量测定。
Determination of Al content in nickel-copper alloy by ICP-OES.The design method is to choose the best analytical line,the best analytical line and the best analytical line for the characteristic emission spectrum of Al,standard solution plus matrix to eliminate matrix interference,improve analytical accuracy and precision.The results show that the emission line of Al is 237.313 nm,free from interference of other coexisting elements in nickel-copper alloys.The measuring method is accurate,fast and efficient,and can replace the traditional Na2 EDTA titration,the method can be used for the determination of 1.00%-4.00%Al in nickel-copper alloy.
