马克思主义劳动观视域下大学生劳动教育路径探析

A Probe into the Path of College Students’Labor Education in the Perspective of Marxist Labor Concept

马克思主义劳动观将劳动与人的存在方式二者统一,肯定了劳动是人追求与创造“真、善、美”的价值实践活动的过程,蕴含着人与社会发展的双维教育旨趣。通过“认识”“认真”“认同”的三大劳动教育基本环节的实施,健全当前劳动教育评价体系、构建长效多元化劳动教育机制,使学生深刻理解劳动与劳动教育的本质,精准把握劳动教育价值,自觉遵循劳动教育导向,实现大学生对马克思主义劳动观“内化于心”与“外显于行”的统一。

Marxist labor concept unifies labor and human existence,affirms that labor is the process of human pursuit and creation of value practice of“truth,goodness and beauty”,and contains the two-dimensional educational purport of human and social development.Through the implementation of the three basic links of labor education of“understanding”,“seriousness”and“identification”,we improve the current evaluation system of labor education and build a long-term diversified mechanism of labor education so as to make students deeply understand the essence of labor and labor education,accurately grasp the value of labor education,consciously follow the guidance of labor education,and realize the unification of“internalization in mind”and“performance in action”of college students in Marxist labor concept.
