近距离煤层群走向高抽巷层位布置研究 被引量:2

摘要 深部近距离煤层群煤炭开采面临瓦斯治理难题,走向高抽巷是解决邻近层瓦斯的重要技术之一,高抽巷层位是影响抽采效果的关键。基于采动裂隙“O”形圈理论阐述了走向高抽巷抽采邻近层瓦斯作用原理,采用裂缝带高度经验公式及关键层理论,提出了走向高抽巷层位的理论计算方法。阳泉矿区应用实践表明,高抽巷与15号煤层的层间距在由30 m增加至80 m时,瓦斯浓度呈降低趋势且变化趋缓,抽采瓦斯混合量与瓦斯纯量呈增大趋势,变化趋势的拐点为层间距70 m或者层间距与煤厚比值为9.5左右,与理论计算结果一致。 Coal mining in deep and close coal seam group faces gas control problems.High-strike drainage roadway is one of the important technologies to solve gas drainage in adjacent layers,and the layer position of the high drainage roadway is the key to the drainage effect.Based on the theory of“O”ring of mining cracks,the principle of gas drainage in adjacent layers of high-strike drainage roadway was expounded.Based on the empirical formula of crack zone height and the theory of key layer,the theoretical calculation method of layer position of high-strike drainage road was proposed.The application practice in Yangquan mining area showed that when the distance between the high drainage roadway and the No.15 coal seam increased from 30 m to 80 m,the gas concentration showed a decreasing trend and changed slowly,the mixed volume of drainage gas and the scalar volume of drainage gas showed an increasing trend,and the inflection point of the change trend was the interlayer spacing of 70 m or the ratio of the interlayer spacing to the coal thickness at about 9.5,which was consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
