宝清褐煤蜡及其树脂各族组成化学成分的GC-MS分析

GC-MS analysis of chemical constituents of Baoqing montan wax and its resin groups

采用柱族组分分离法和气相色谱质谱联用技术,研究分析了宝清褐煤蜡和树脂各族组成的化学成分,从中分析鉴定出7个系列80余种有机化合物,包括烷烃类、烯烃类、脂肪酸、脂肪醇、脂肪酸酯、酮类和杂环化合物。分析结果表明,纯蜡和树脂中的游离酸、结合酸主要是偶数碳正构烷酸,比如C_(16)、C_(18)、C_(28)、C_(30)饱和脂肪酸,以及少量不饱和脂肪酸,如C_(18)烯酸、C_(22)烯酸;结合醇主要是C_(22)~C_(30)烷醇,其中C_(28)烷醇是主要成分;树脂烃中还检测到一些萜类化合物,如软木三萜酮、环阿尔廷醇、羽扇豆醇、β谷兹醇、胆固醇5α,6α环氧化合物和α香树脂醇等。

The chemical constituents of Baoqing montan wax and its resin groups were studied and analyzed by column chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupling technique(GC-MS).More than 80 organic compounds of seven series were identified as normal alkanes,alkenes,fatty acids,fatty alcohols,fatty acid ester,ketones,and heterocyclic compounds.The experimental results demonstrate that normal fatty acids from C_(16) to C_(30) are dominant in free acid and combined acid fractions,but concentrated mainly in low carbon number(C_(16),C_(18)).And a small amount of unsaturated fatty acid were detected too,such as(Z)-9-Octadecenoic acid,(Z,Z)-9,12-Octadecadienoic acid.The fatty alcohols were mainly C_(22)~C_(30) alcohols,of which the content of C_(28) alcohol was relatively high.Some heterocyclic compounds had been detected in resin hydrocarbons,such as friedelan-3-one,cycloartanol,lupeol,β-Sitosterol,cholesterol-5α,6α-epoxide,α-aromatic resin alcohol,etc.
