摘要
为提升放射性药品碘[^(125)I]密封籽源生产效率,降低生产人员受辐照剂量,研制了^(125)I密封籽源自动化装配系统。设备由钛管装夹工位、银针灌装工位、钛管焊接工位和密封籽源下料工位4个相互衔接的工位构成,包括旋转工作台、钛管夹具、直线送料模块、振动筛、银针灌装、钛管焊接、籽源下料等机构,选择CP1H欧姆龙可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)作为控制器,各模块与机构通过PLC和上位计算机控制系统控制自动完成密封籽源灌装。结果表明,设备能自动化完成^(125)I银针向钛管进行灌装、钛管焊接以及^(125)I密封籽源的收集等工作。
In order to improve the production efficiency of iodine(^(125)I)brachytherapy seed and reduce the exposure dose of production personnel,the automatic assembly and welding equipment was developed.The equipment consists of four interconnected stations of titanium tube installation station,silver needle sorting station,titanium tube welding station and titanium tube cutting station,and it includes rotary table,titanium tube fixture,straight Feeding module,vibrating screen,silver needle filling,titanium tube welding,titanium tube cutting and other institutions.By choosing OMRON CP1H programmable logic controller(PLC)as a controller,each module and mechanism automatically completes the filling of sealed seed source through PLC and upper computer control system.The results show that the equipment can automatically complete the filling of ^(125)I silver needle to titanium tube,the welding of titanium tube and the collection of ^(125)I sealed seed source.
