尿肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白与IgA肾病的研究进展

摘要 肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(liver-type fatty acid binding protein,L-FABP)是脂肪酸结合蛋白(fatty acid binding proteins,FABPs)家族中的一种低分子量胞质蛋白质[1],具有参与脂肪酸转运、抗氧化应激、参与细胞内信号转导通路、介导细胞有丝分裂等作用,并可通过肾脏排泄。IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是指肾小球系膜区以IgA或IgA沉积为主的原发性肾小球疾病,约30%~50%的IgAN患者可进展为终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)[2],且存在不同程度的肾小管损伤,给社会带来沉重经济负担。近年来,随着对尿L-FABP的研究不断深入,发现其在肾脏抗氧化应激减轻肾小管损伤中扮演着重要角色,本文就尿L-FABP与IgAN的研究进展作一综述。
