复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤的影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of anticipatory grief in patients with recurrent glioma

目的调查复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤发生现状,分析其影响因素。方法便利选取2019年3月至2020年12月神经外科拟行二次手术治疗的165例复发性脑胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、患者预感性悲伤量表、痛苦表露指数量表、领悟社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤的影响因素。结果复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤评分为57.00(52.00,61.00)分,条目均分为2.19(2.00,2.35)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示性别、自我表露、家庭内支持、消极应对和积极应对是复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤的主要影响因素(P<0.01),共解释总变异的86.2%。结论复发性脑胶质瘤患者预感性悲伤处于较高水平,性别、自我表露、家庭内支持、消极应对和积极应对是其主要影响因素,建议医护人员采取针对性护理措施以降低患者的预感性悲伤水平。

Objective To investigate the present situation of anticipatory grief in patients with recurrent glioma and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 165 patients with recurrent glioma who were going to undergo the second operation in neurosurgery department were selected as the research objects from March 2019 to December 2020 with convenient sampling method.They were investigated by the general data questionnaire,Preparatory Grief Scale,Distress Disclosure Index,Perceived Social Support Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire.The influencing factors of patients with recurrent glioma were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The scores of anticipatory grief in patients with recurrent glioma were 57.00(52.00,61.00),and the average score of items was 2.19(2.00,2.35).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,self-disclosure,family support,negative coping and positive coping were the main influencing factors of anticipatory grief in patients with recurrent glioma(P<0.01),and it could explain 86.2%of variation.Conclusion The anticipatory grief of patients with recurrent glioma is at a high level,and gender,self-disclosure,family support,negative coping and positive coping are the main influencing factors.It is suggested that medical staff should take targeted nursing measures to reduce the level of anticipatory grief of patients.
