社区失能老年人自我同情及影响因素研究

Study on self-compassion and its influencing factors of disabled elderly in community

目的了解社区失能老年人自我同情现状并分析其影响因素,为提高社区失能老年人自我同情提供参考。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取长春市南关区6所社区的355名失能老年人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我同情量表及社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果失能老年人自我同情总分为(71.02±10.75)分,社会支持总分为(33.08±8.43)分;自我同情与社会支持呈正相关(P<0.01),多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、病程、性格特征、社会支持是社区失能老年人自我同情主要影响因素。结论社区失能老年人自我同情处于中等水平,医护人员应关注女性、文化程度低、病程长、性格内向、社会支持度较差的失能老年人,实施针对性干预措施,提高其自我同情水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of self-compassion of disabled elderly in community and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving self-compassion of disabled elderly in community.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 355 disabled elderly from 6 communities in Nanguan District of Changchun as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,Self Compassion Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were used to investigate them.Results The scores of self-compassion and social support were(71.02±10.75)and(33.08±8.43)respectively.There was a positive correlation between self-compassion and social support(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,educational level,course of disease,personality characteristics and social support were the main influencing factors.Conclusion The self-compassion of the disabled elderly in community is at the medium level.Medical staff should pay attention to the disabled elderly with female,low education level,long course of disease,introversion and poor social support,and implement targeted intervention measures to improve the level of self-compassion of disabled elderly.
