急诊绿色通道对老年髋部骨折患者的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of emergency green channel in elderly patients with hip fracture

目的探讨“绿色通道”对老年髋部骨折患者的等待手术时间及住院时间的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的90例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。其中对照组患者按照常规急诊治疗,观察组患者开启急诊绿色通道进行救治,对比两组患者在不同救治模式下的等待手术时间、辅助检查时间、住院时间、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的等待手术时间、辅助检查时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年髋部骨折患者中采取急诊绿色通道进行救治,术后并发症少,满意度高,同时还能有效缩短等待手术时间、辅助检查时间、住院时间,可在老年骨折患者救治中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of green channel on waiting time for operation and length of hospital stay in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group were given conventional emergency treatment,while the observation group were given emergency green channel.The waiting time for operation,auxiliary examination time,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications during hospitalization,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The waiting time for operation,auxiliary examination time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency green channel can effectively shorten waiting time for operation,auxiliary examination time,and length of hospital stay,reduce incidence of postoperative complications,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with hip fracture.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
