摘要 目的通过分析国内外塑料软管灌装封尾机的发展现状和特点,针对国内中小型企业研发新型高端软管灌装封尾机存在的技术难点等问题,对设备的生产工艺路线和关键技术进行深入剖析和总结。方法对软管灌装封尾机的整体布局和生产工艺进行分析,对比国内外知名企业研发生产的软管灌装封尾机关键工位的结构特点,详细分析设备的上管、对标、灌装和热封尾等工艺路线。结果通过对软管灌装封尾机的工艺路线分析发现,未来软管灌装封尾机的传动机构将更加融合伺服控制技术,设备也朝更加智能化、高速化、高效化等方向发展。结论对软管灌装封尾机的生产工艺路线和关键技术进行了详细的介绍,为国内新型软管灌装封尾的发展提供基础,为研发高性能软管灌装封尾的企业和人员提供参考。 The work aims to analyze the development status and characteristics of plastic hose filling and sealing machines at home and abroad,in order to deeply analyze and summarize the production process route and key technologies of the equipment for solving the technical difficulties existing in the research and development of new high-end hose filling and sealing machines by domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.The overall layout and production process of hose filling and sealing machine were analyzed.Compared with the structural features of key stations of hose filling and sealing machines developed and produced by well-known enterprises at home and abroad,the process routes such as hose feeding,benchmarking,filling and heat sealing were investigated in details.Through the analysis on the process route of the hose filling and sealing machine,it was found that the transmission mechanism of the hose filling and sealing machine was more integrated with servo control technology,and the equipment would be more intelligent,high-speed and efficient in the future.The production process route and key technologies of hose filling and sealing machine are introduced in details,which provides a basis for the development of new hose filling and sealing machine in China and a reference for enterprises and personnel developing high-performance hose filling and sealing machine.
