含重金属酸性废水处理系统硫化工序优化改造

摘要 介绍了某冶炼烟气制酸系统产生的含重金属酸性废水硫化工序的工艺流程、存在的问题及改造情况。通过增加硫化钠吸收塔、将串联的两级硫化反应器改为管道反应器、增加硫化污泥脱气装置、浓密机新增PAM加药系统等措施对硫化工序进行优化改造,提高了酸性废水中重金属硫化反应的效率和去除效率、尾气吸收装置对硫化氢气体的处理效果,同时减少了设备的维修工作量和成本,减少了电能消耗和废液的排放量,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。 The process flow, existing problems and transformation of sulfurization process of acid wastewater containing heavy metals produced by a smelting flue gas acid making system are introduced. By adding sodium sulfide absorption tower, changing the series two-stage sulfurization reactor into pipeline reactor, adding sulfurization sludge degassing device, adding PAM dosing system in thickener and other measures to optimize and transform the sulfurization process, the removal efficiency of heavy metal sulfurization reaction in acidic wastewater and the treatment effect of tail gas absorption device on hydrogen sulfide gas are improved. At the same time, it reduces the maintenance workload and cost of the equipment, reduces the power consumption and waste liquid emission, and has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
