摘要
介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂冶炼烟气制酸装置DCS控制系统存在的问题及优化改造情况。针对DCS控制系统在运行过程中存在的主控制器高负荷运行、通道卡件存在漂移、电脑主机故障频发、控制系统部分功能缺失等问题,运用仪表、电气、工艺等专业理论结合现场实际,对DCS控制系统进行整体优化,提出了更加合理、有效的控制系统改造方案,DCS控制系统运行安全、稳定,最终实现了公司数字化转型升级的目的。
The problems and optimization of DCS control system of smelting flue gas acid plant in Nickel Smelter of Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. are introduced. In view of the problems existing in the operation of DCS control system, such as high load operation of main controller, channel cards drift, frequent failure of computer host, loss of some functions of control system, the DCS control system is optimized as a whole by using professional theories such as instrument, electrical and process, combined with the actual situation on site, and a more reasonable and effective transformation scheme of control system is put forward. The DCS control system operates safely and stably, and finally realizes the purpose of digital transformation and upgrading of the company.
