隔代抚育需求下的住宅区户外活动空间设计初探——以张家口某小区的逗留空间为例

Preliminary Study on the Design of Outdoor Activities Space in Residential Districts under the Needs of Intergenerational Tending--Take the Staying Space of a Certain Community in Zhangjiakou as An Example

以杨·盖尔所著的《交往与空间》一书为理论出发点,通过分析隔代抚养需求下老人与幼儿、青少年之间的生理以及心理特点,针对他们在住宅区交往空间上的不同要求,以居住区交往空间中的逗留空间为代表,在两代人的不同需求中寻找平衡,并以河北省张家口市某小区为例,运用行为观察法进行分析并提出改进策略。

Based on the theoretical starting point of the book"Communication and Space"by Yang Gale,the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,children,and adolescents under the intergenerational support needs are analyzed in this article.Aiming at their social space in residential areas,their different requirements are represented by the staying space in the communication space of the residential area.The balance is found between the different needs of the two generations.Taking a community in Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province as an example,the behavior observation method is used to analyze and propose improvement strategies.
