摘要
裕华燃气锅炉厂房施工涉及土建、锅炉、管道、电气、热控、水工、化学、消防和暖通等多个专业,厂房内部分为锅炉房及辅助车间等功能分区,每个分区又分多个结构层。面对结构复杂、专业较多的施工情况,先期土建工程施工困难较多。本文通过BIM技术应用到燃气锅炉厂房对土建工程复杂结构施工优化方案、质量管控等方面提出几点想法。
The construction of Yuhua gas boiler plant involves civil engineering,boilers,piping,electrical,thermal control,hydraulics,chemistry,fire protection and HVAC,etc.The plant is divided into functional zones such as boiler room and auxiliary workshop,and each zone is divided into Multiple structural layers.In the face of complex structures and more specialized construction situations,early civil engineering construction is more difficult.This article puts forward some ideas on the optimization plan,quality control and other aspects of civil engineering complex structure construction through the application of BIM technology to the gas boiler plant.
