摘要
在城市群引领新型城镇化背景下,本文利用常住人口数据,根据城市首位指数计算公式和构建回归模型分析分维值变动,研究了从2010年到2019年京张城市群等级规模结构,发现其满足位序—规模法则。研究表明:以张家口为核心的城市群首位城市作用不明显,小城市占据主导地位,缺乏大城市等级规模;而以北京为核心的城市群首位城市垄断作用太过明显,不利于其他城市均衡发展。在此基础上,提出了京张城市群等级规模结构优化建议:应适当减弱首位城市北京的核心作用,缩小与其他城市间的差距;整体加快张家口市辖县城区建设,重点发展大城市,不断提升城市群总体竞争力。
Under the background of new urbanization led by urban agglomeration,by using the resident population data,the change of fractal dimension value is analyzed in this paper according to the calculation formula of urban primacy index,a regression model is constructs,the hierarchical scale structure of Beijing-Zhangjiakou urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019 is studied,and it is found that it meets the order scale rule.The research shows that the role of the first city in the urban agglomeration with Zhangjiakou as the core is not obvious,small cities occupy a dominant position,and large cities are relatively lack;The monopoly effect of the first city in the urban agglomeration with Beijing as the core is too obvious,which is not conducive to the balanced development of other cities.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the hierarchical scale structure of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Urban Agglomeration.The core role of Beijing,the first city,should be appropriately weakened,and the gap with other cities should be narrowed.The urban construction of counties should be accelerated under the jurisdiction of Zhangjiakou as a whole,focusing on the development of large cities,and constantly improving the overall competitiveness of urban agglomeration.
