The Construction and Research of Digital Management Platform for Prefabricated Building

装配式建筑具有工业化集成化的特点,传统的组织管理模式已不能满足其发展需求。本文从建筑施工企业角度出发,分析传统组织管理模式,认为进行数字化管理是解决传统管理弊端的有效方法,并基于“源点论”建立了企业数字管理平台,以期实现在企业范围内的资源调度。

Prefabricated building have the characteristics of industrialization and integration,The traditional organization management mode can no longer meet its development needs.From the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper analyses traditional organization management mode.Putting forward to digital management is the effective way to solve the traditional management shortcomings.In order to achieve enterprise-wide resource scheduling,the paper establish enterprise digital management platform,which based on the theory of“source point”.
