绿色建筑经济可持续发展的策略研究

Strategies Research for Sustainable Development of Green Building Economy

经济社会的快速发展为人们生活提供了便利,但也引发了资源及环境间的矛盾,危害了经济可持续发展。建筑作为人们生活中一项不可或缺的物质基础设施,具有资源、能源消耗量大的特点,如果在建筑中践行绿色建筑理念对节能减排,会对建筑、环境、经济和谐发展有积极促进作用。本文基于绿色建设理念,对绿色经济理念及建筑经济可持续发展的关系进行了分析,并就国家绿色建筑经济可持续发展的对策进行了系统分析。

The rapid development of economy and society not only provides convenience for people’s life,but also leads to the contradiction between resources and environment,which endangers the sustainable economic development.Architecture is an indispensable material infrastructure in people’s life,with large consumption of resources and energy.Practicing the concept of green building in architecture plays a positive role in energy conservation and emission reduction and the harmonious development of architecture,environment and economy.Based on the concept of green construction,the relationship between the concept of green economy and the sustainable development of building economy is studied in this paper,and the countermeasures for the sustainable development of national green building economy are analyzed systematically.
