Network Relationship,Dynamic Capability of Technological Innovation and Innovation Performance

当前全球竞争环境中开放式创新日益突出,研究企业外部网络关系对技术创新的影响对于增强中国企业国际竞争力和推动中国经济高质量发展意义深远。文章通过理论分析网络关系、技术创新动态能力与创新绩效的内在联系,建构网络关系通过技术创新动态能力影响技术创新绩效的模型。以中国技术密集型企业为研究对象,结合文献研究与实地调查开发网络关系测量量表,对355家企业进行了问卷调查。通过对调查数据的统计分析,研究结论认为:网络关系显著正向影响技术创新动态能力和技术创新绩效;技术创新动态能力各维度在网络关系各维度影响技术创新绩效过程中具有部分或完全中介效应。

In the global competitive environment where innovation becomes more open,it is of great significance to study the influence of external network relationship on technological innovation to promote high-quality development of economy in China and enhance international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.This paper theoretically analyzes internal relation among network relationship,dynamic capability of technological innovation and innovation performance,and constructs a model how enterprise network relationship affects technological innovation performance,which is mediated by dynamic capability of technological innovation.Taking technology-intensive enterprises in China as research object,enterprise network relationship measurement scale was developed by combining literature research with field investigation,and 355 enterprises were surveyed by questionnaires.Through statistical analysis of survey data,the conclusions are:Enterprise network relationship has a significant positive impact on dynamic capability of technological innovation and innovation performance;Different dimension of dynamic capability of technological innovation plays a completely or partially mediating role in the process of each dimension of network relationship influencing technological innovation performance.
