土地利用效率分解、演化与收敛分析——基于黄河流域69个城市的实证 被引量:8

摘要 为了分析黄河流域城市土地利用效率的空间演进与收敛特性。文章利用三阶段Super-SBM-SFA模型客观评估黄河流域69个城市的土地利用效率值,分析基于区位邻接下各城市土地利用效率之间的演化和收敛性,利用收敛性模型分析各城市土地利用效率的离散程度。研究结果表明:2009—2018年黄河流域城市土地利用效率均值0.465,下游>上游>中游,省会城市的土地利用效率相对较高,且各城市土地利用效率均呈现增长趋势,但不存在完全的经济规模等级递增效应;黄河流域各城市土地利用效率存在空间异质性和空间溢出性;黄河流域及其上、中、下游城市土地利用效率满足σ收敛性与β收敛性,各城市之间具有"追赶效应"并趋于各自的稳态,中游平均收敛速度最高。研究得出黄河流域城市土地利用效率值偏低,且纯技术效率值高于规模效率值,各城市要积极考虑资源环境的胁迫效应,加强互鉴与学习,充分发挥"追赶效应"。 Objective: to analyze the spatial evolution and convergence characteristics of urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.Method:The three stages Super-SBM-SFA model is used to objectively evaluate the land use efficiency values of 69 cities in the Yellow River Basin, and analyze the evolution and convergence of land use efficiency based on location adjacency. and the convergence model is used to analyze the dispersion degree of urban land use efficiency. Results: From 2009 to 2018, the average value of urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin was 0.465, downstream>upstream>midstream. The land use efficiency of provincial capital cities was higher than other cities, and the land use efficiency of each city shows an increasing trend, but there is no complete economic scaleincreasing effect. The land use efficiency of cities in the Yellow River Basin have spatial heterogeneity and spatial spillover. The land use efficiency of the Yellow River Basin and its upper, middle and lower reaches of the city meet σ convergence and β convergence. The cities have a "catch-up effect" and tend to be own steady-state. The average convergence rate in the middle reaches is the highest. Conclusion: The urban land use efficiency of the Yellow River Basin is low, and the pure technical efficiency is higher than the scale efficiency, Cities should actively consider the coercive effects of resources and environment, and learn from each other and give full play to the "catch-up effect".
