2000—2020年哈-长城市群建设用地扩张分析 被引量:5

Analysis on the Expansion of Construction Land in Harbin-Changchun Urban Agglomeration from 2000 to 2020

摘要 本文基于Landsat-5TM和Landsat-8OLI遥感影像,利用支持向量机分类方法提取2000、2005、2010、2015、2020年5个时期的哈-长城市群建设用地信息,选取扩张速度、扩张强度、弹性系数等参数探讨哈-长城市群20年来建设用地扩张进程在时间维度上的变化特征。研究结果表明:2000―2020年哈-长城市群建设用地增加了15 956.58km^(2),扩张速度先慢后快,整体扩张强度呈上升趋势;2015―2020年是扩张速度最快且扩张强度最大的时间段,扩张速度达到13.15%,扩张系数达到0.59,属于中速扩张阶段;哈-长城市群建设用地在扩张过程中弹性系数超出了合理值1.12,呈现不合理的态势,土地集约利用化程度不高,人地关系整体不协调。 Based on the Landsat-5 TM and Landsat-8OLI remote sensing images,this study extracts the construction land information of the Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020 by the support vector machine (SVM),and selects the expansion speed,expansion intensity and elasticity coefficient of urban built-up area to find the temporal and spatial characteristics of construction land expansion process of the Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration in the past 20 years.The results show that the construction land of the Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration increased by 15956.58km^(2) from 2000 to 2020,and the growth rate of the expansion was slow first and then becoming fast with time.The overall expansion intensity was on the rise.2015―2020 is the time period with the fastest expansion speed and the greatest expansion intensity.Its expansion speed reached 13.15%,and the expansion coefficient reached 0.5957,which is a medium-speed expansion stage.The elasticity coefficient of the construction land in the Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration exceeded the reasonable value of 1.12 during the expansion process,showing an unreasonable situation,and the degree of land intensive utilization was not high,and the overall human-land relationship was not coordinated.
