以服务三农为导向的湖南省涉农高职创业教育创新研究

Innovation research on agro-related higher vocational entrepreneurship education in Hunan Province oriented by serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers

近年来,双创教育发展势头强劲,在国家政策、高校改革、企业对接的推动下,学生获得了政策、资金、培训等多方面的资源。服务三农是我国经济发展的重要举措,农村发展、农民脱贫致富、农业产业升级都需要懂农业技术的技能型人才。在当前背景下,涉农高职院校要结合政策导向和经济发展需求培养技能型人才,创业教育改革与专业建设特色密不可分。通过对涉农专业学生的创业教育进行改革创新,旨在培养有服务三农意识的技能型人才。

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education have developed rapidly in recent years. Under the promotion of national policies, university reforms, and enterprise docking, students have obtained policies, funds, training,and other resources. Serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are an important measure for China’s economic development. Rural development, farmers’ poverty alleviation, and prosperity, and agricultural industry upgrading all require skilled personnel who understand agricultural technology. Under the current background, agricultural vocational colleges must combine policy guidance and economic development needs to cultivate skilled talents. The reform of entrepreneurship education is inseparable from the characteristics of professional construction. Through the reform and innovation of entrepreneurship education for students majoring in agriculture, the aim is to cultivate skilled talents with a sense of serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
