摘要
为解决草104区块上部地层松软、造浆严重易缩径、沙河街组地层易剥蚀掉块发生井壁失稳、目的层敏感性强易发生污染等问题,在该区块施工中采用了强抑制润滑封堵防塌钻井液体系。通过室内研究、对比实验及现场应用,优选出了该体系的最优配方及处理剂加量。该体系在现场共应用7口井,均施工顺利,电测成功率100%,井径规则,证明该钻井液体系适合草104区块,能圆满解决各项问题,同时有效地保护了油气层,减少对油气层的损害,为该地区油井及稠油油藏的开发提供了非常科学的依据。
The upper layer of Cao 104 block is soft,seriously pulping and easy to shrink,the Shahejie formation is easy to denudate and drop blocks,which causes borehole wall instability.The target layer is highly sensitive and prone to pollution,which requires high compatibility of drilling fluid.To solve the above problems,polymer drilling fluid system is used in the second opening construction of this block,which is converted into a strongly inhibitory lubrication plugging and anti-collapse drilling fluid system before entering the oil layer.The system uses 7 wells in field application,which are all performing smoothly,electric logging success rate is 100%,caliper rule verifies that this system is effective to Cao 104 block,which can solve all the problems and effectively protect oil and gas layer,reduce the damage to hydrocarbon reservoir.The application of this system provides a scientific basis for the development of oilfield and heavy oil reservoir in this area.
