摘要
为了解决裂缝性特低渗油藏在注水开发中后期易发生水窜、水淹现象,影响注水开发效果,采用弱凝胶深部整体调驱技术进行矿场试验。试验区块7口注水井对应43口采油井,日产油量由9.91 t上升到17.77 t,综合含水率由60.48%下降到46.34%,一年累计增油2345.35 t,每t原油税后价格按1900元计算,投入产出比1∶2.4。有效地解决了中山川油区水窜问题。弱凝胶体系有效控制裂缝性特低渗透油藏的水驱液流转向,增大水驱波及效率,提高采收率,为子长采油厂中山川油区裂缝性特低渗油藏区域性水窜、水淹治理和增油降水提供重要的技术支撑和矿场经验。
Fractured ultra-low permeability reservoir is prone to water channeling and water flooding in the middle and later stage of water injection development,which affects the water injection development effect and reduces the oilfield development benefit.In order to solve this problem,field tests are carried out by using weak gel deep profile control technology.The daily oil production of 7 injection wells corresponding to 43 production wells in the test block is increased from 9.91 t to 17.77 t,and the comprehensive water content decreases from 60.48%to 46.34%.The cumulative oil production is 2345.35 t one year,and the input-output ratio is 1∶2.4 according to the after-tax price of crude oil at 1900 yuan per ton.The problem of water channeling in Zhongshanchuan oil field has been solved effectively.Weak gel system can effectively control the diversion of water drive fluid in fractured ultra-low permeability reservoirs,increase water flooding efficiency and enhance oil recovery.It provides important technical support and ore field experience for regional water channeling water flooding treatment and oil and water dewatering in fractured ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Zhongshanchuan oil area of Zichang Oil Recovery Plant.
