摘要
冲突解决理论为从根本上解决技术系统设计和工艺改进中遇到的技术冲突和物理冲突提供了有效的路径。建立了DWM 2000流量变送器技术系统功能模型,以提高抗磁场干扰能力为冲突区域,分别运用冲突矩阵和分离原理展开技术冲突和物理冲突的求解,得到14个技术方案;综合经济性、装置复杂性、工艺可行性等因素对所有技术方案进行评价,得出最终技术方案。
Conflict resolution theory provides an effective way to fundamentally resolve technical conflicts and physical conflicts encountered in technical system design and process improvement.In this paper,a functional model of the DWM 2000 flow transmitter technology system is established.To improve the ability to resist magnetic field interference,the conflict matrix and separation principle are used to solve the technical and physical conflicts and 14 technical solutions are obtained.All the technical schemes are evaluated from the factors of comprehensive economy,complexity of plant,feasibility of process,etc.
