摘要
主诊医师下的医疗组是医院医疗管理的最小组织单位。通过对现行医疗组管理制度实施后的效果分析,指出现行医疗组管理存在的问题。并提出在医疗组管理制度实施改革时,应考虑与科主任负责制的协调统一,完善相关人事聘用制度,保证亚专科的发展需求,与医院功能定位相结合,保障疑难危重患者的收治,理性看待人才的合理流动。
The medical group under the attending physician is the smallest organizational unit of hospital medical management. Problems in the medical group management could be found through the analysis on the effects of the current medical group management system after implementation. While implementing reforms in the management system of the medical team,it proposed that consideration should be given to the coordination and unification of the department director responsibility system,perfecting the relevant personnel recruitment system,ensuring the development needs of subspecialties,integrating with the functional positioning of the hospital,and ensuring the admission and treatment of difficult and critical patients,and focus on the rational flow of talents rationally.
