抗疫精神融入三级医院文化建设的路径研究

Study on the way of Integrating Anti-Epidemic Spirit into Cultural Construction of Tertiary Hospitals

新冠肺炎疫情防控进入常态化阶段,我国总体抗疫战况良好,这场公共卫生事件的妥善处理,体现了中国人民特别是广大医务工作者崇高的抗疫精神。从抗疫精神和医院文化建设的新时代内涵出发,首先分析抗疫精神融入医院文化建设的4个前提条件,进而提出了一套推动抗疫精神融入医院文化建设的有效路径。融入路径整体包括3个步骤,即"引导抗疫精神融入整体医院文化体系—构建多圈层医院文化主体—构建文化评估体系",期许为学界相关研究提供参考。

COVID-19 prevention and control have entered the normal stage,and China’s overall fighting situation is good. The proper handling of this public health incident reflects the lofty fighting spirit of the Chinese people,especially the medical workers. Starting from the connotation of anti-epidemic spirit and hospital culture construction in the new era,it firstly analyzes four preconditions for the integration of anti-epidemic spirit into hospital culture construction,and then puts forward a set of effective ways to strengthen the integration of anti-epidemic spirit into hospital culture construction. The integration path includes 3 steps as a whole,namely “guiding the anti-epidemic spirit into the overall hospital cultural system,building multi-tiered hospital cultural subjects,and building a cultural evaluation system”,which is expected to provide a reference for relevant research in the academic community.
