摘要
从稳定原燃材料质量、设备升级维护、优化分级燃烧技术、应用高效智能SNCR脱硝技术等方面,介绍了回转窑窑尾烟气超低排放技术改造措施及取得的效果。2021年5月至今,窑系统运行稳定,成功将NOX本底值降低到820mg/Nm^(3),NOX排放量控制在<50mg/Nm^(3),污染物(颗粒物、SO2、NOX)排放总量控制在612kg/d,氨水平均使用量0.6~1.0m^(3)/h,氨逃逸浓度<8mg/Nm^(3)。
The technical transformation schemes and effects of ultra-low emission for the cement rotary kiln were introduced from stability the quality of raw materials and fuel,upgrade and maintenance of the equipment,technology of optimized grading combustion,application of high efficiency and intelligent denitration system,etc.Since May 2021,the kiln system has been operating stably.The initial value of NOX has been successfully reduced to 820mg/Nm^(3),the NOX emission has been controlled at lower than 50mg/Nm^(3),and the total daily discharge of pollutants is controlled at 612kg/d.The average usage of ammonia is 0.6~1.0m^(3)/h and the concentration of ammonia escape is controlled less than 8mg/Nm^(3).
