摘要
旋流器和喷嘴是多通道燃烧器的重要部件,其性能参数直接决定了燃烧器的使用性能。通过用FLUENT方法数值模拟多通道燃烧器的旋流器和喷嘴,研究了旋流角度和喷嘴数量对燃烧器性能的影响,所得结果用于燃烧器的设计,可以优化燃烧器的性能,提升煤粉的燃烧效率,更加灵活地调整火焰形状,确保熟料的煅烧效果。
Cyclone and nozzle are important parts of multi-channel burner. Their parameters directly determine the performance of burner. The effects of swirl angle and number of nozzles on burner performance are studied by numerical simulation of cyclone and nozzle with FLUENT method. The results can be used in the design of the burner to optimize the performance of the burner, improve the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, adjust the flame shape more flexibly and ensure the calcination effect of clinker.
