摘要
余热发电机组DCS控制系统采用西门子PCS 7系统,DEH控制系统采用欧陆NETWORK 6000+和iFIX架构,系统运行至今,硬件逐渐老化,导致系统运行不稳定,PCS 7系统不适用于Windows 7或Windows 10操作系统,DCS与DEH两种控制系统各自独立,系统操作及维护不便,亟需进行升级改造。新控制系统NT6000 V4实现了DCS与DEH的一体化操作,一年多的运行实践表明,系统运行安全、稳定、可靠,软硬件易学易维护,操作方便高效。
The DCS control system of waste heat generator unit was Siemens PCS 7, and the DEH control system was on European NETWORK 6000+ and iFIX architecture. Since the two systems have been running, the hardware is gradually aging, which causes the operating system to become unstable.PCS 7 system is not suitable for Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating system. DCS and DEH control systems are independent, which is inconvenient for system operation and maintenance. There is an urgent need for upgrading. The new control system NT6000 V4 realizes the integrated operation of DCS and DEH. The operation for more than one year shows that the system is safe, stable and reliable.The domestic software is easy to learn, easy to maintain, and also convenient and efficient.
