卢云教授“托里透毒法”治疗慢性炎症的理论探讨

慢性炎症是机体对持续存在的炎性刺激过度反应,免疫系统对损伤部位过度修复的一类疾病。西医治疗慢性炎症虽然具有一定的优势,但存在耐药性增加、不良反应显著、疾病反复发作、长期迁延难愈等问题。卢云教授在临床治疗中提出“托里透毒”,可以作为治疗慢性炎症的新思路,以“托”为本,结合患者病因和病症不同,审因论证、随症辨治,此治疗思路在缓解临床症状、控制疾病进展、节约医疗成本上具有独特优势,在此理论指导下,现对慢性咽炎、病理性瘢痕、克罗恩病、多重耐药菌肺炎等慢性炎症疾病的治疗方案进行探讨。

Chronic inflammation is a kind of disease in which the body overreacts to the persistent inflammatory stimulus and the immune system over-repairs the damaged part.Although Western medicine has certain advantages in treating chronic inflammation,there are some problems,such as increasing drug resistance,significant adverse reactions,frequent recurrences of disease,long-term course of disease and uneasy to be recovered,etc.Professor Lu Yun is put forward a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)method of"internal expulsion and toxin expelling"in clinical treatment of chronic inflammation as a new way of thinking.The method was using"drawing"as the base,combined with the patients'individual different etiologies and symptoms,and TCM differentiation of syndromes to determine the treatment of a chronic disease,and using this way of thinking may obtain unique advantages,the clinical symptoms can be alleviated,the disease progression can be gradually controlled and medical cost can be saved;under the guidance of this theory,the treatments in the articles of chronic pharyngitis,pathological scar,crohn's disease,a chronic inflammatory disease such as multiple drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia were reviewed and discussed.
