危重患儿营养中断的临床研究进展

摘要 近年来,儿科重症监护病房(PICU)儿童营养不良发生率一直居高不下。此外,危重患儿的营养状况在病情变化过程中进一步恶化,可能会对其预后产生负面影响。营养中断是造成营养不良的主要原因,本综述涵盖国内外关于营养中断的研究,罗列造成营养中断的原因,并对其原因进行分析,以寻求有效的解决办法,优化危重患儿的营养供应。 In recent years,the incidence of malnutrition in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)has been high.In addition,the nutritional status of critically ill children worsens in the process of disease changes,which may have a negative impact on the prognosis of patients.Nutritional feeding interruption is the main cause of malnutrition.This review covers the researches on nutrition interruption at home and abroad,lists the causes of nutrition interruption,analyzes the reasons,and seeks effective solutions to optimize the nutritional supply of critically ill children.
