吸气剂在高真空绝热类低温容器中的应用及其吸附性能研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 吸气剂是维持高真空必不可少的工具之一。在低温容器中本文将其归纳为三类:第一类只有物理吸附,低温容器中常用到的有活性炭、5A分子筛等;第二类既有物理吸附又发生化学反应,例如载Ag、Pd型分子筛等;第三类只发生了化学反应,常见到的有PdO、CuO、PtO和AgO等。本文对比了三类吸气剂的吸附性能,总结出了针对不同吸附质和吸附条件下选择不同的吸气剂。也为后续吸气剂在低温容器全寿命周期内维持高真空研究提供了依据。 Getter is one of the essential tools to maintain a high vacuum.Getters were classified three types in cryogenic container by the work:the first type is physical adsorption which is commonly used in cryogenic container such as activated carbon and molecular sieves;the second type has both physical adsorption and chemical reaction,such as Ag/Pd zeolite;the third type has only chemical reaction,for instance PdO,CuO,PtO and AgO et al.We compared the adsorption performance of the three types of getters and summarized the selection of different getters for sorption conditions.It also provided a basis for subsequent studies on the maintenance of high vacuum in cryogenic container throughout their life cycle.
