摘要
本文建立了一种以正十一烷为内标物,气相色谱内标法测定馏程较窄的合成型有机热载体热稳定性的方法。研究表明:本内标法特别适用于馏程较窄(小于55℃或更低)的二苄基甲苯、异丙基联苯、二甲苯基醚及二芳基烷类合成型有机热载体产品,可避免模拟蒸馏法将非连续产物切割计算为连续馏分带来的误差,能够准确测定加热后产生的低沸物和高沸物含量,进而可准确评价其热稳定性。
A gas chromatography internal standard method is established for testing thermal stability of synthetic organic heat transfer fluids having a narrower distillation range.The results show that the internal standard method is particularly useful for synthetic organic heat transfer fluids having a narrower distillation range of 55℃or less,such as dibenzyltoluenes,isopropyl biphenyls,dimethylphenyl ethers and diaryl alkanes,this internal standard method can precisely determine the low and high boiling components and then accurately test the thermal stability of synthetic organic heat transfer fluids by eliminating the errors caused by taking the discontinuous decomposed products as the continuous fractions in the traditional simulated distillation method.
