摘要
以一台装有推拉器属具的2t电动叉车为例,通过载荷中心变化分析,载荷能力核算,稳定性验算,载荷曲线图比较,并剖析其使用属性、加装性质和合规管理要求,提出:加装属具后,叉车需要核算新的承载能力、设定新的额定起重量、验证整体稳定性、绘制新的载荷曲线图、增贴新的铭牌及判定新的使用属性,为加装属具叉车的安全管理提供了一定的科学依据。
Take a 2t electric forklift with push-puller as an example,through analyzing load center change,calculating load capacity,checking stability,comparing load curve,and analyzing the using attributes,the class of installation and the legitimate regulations,It is pointed out that after mounting fittings,the forklift needs to calculate the new bearing capacity,set the new rated lifting weight,verify the overall stability,draw a new load curve,add a new nameplate and judge the new use attribute,which provides a scientific basis for the safety management of the forklift with fittings.
