摘要
目的:评价在婴幼儿体表血管瘤临床治疗中应用高频超声的价值。方法:选择2018年9月-2020年9月就诊于聊城市人民医院的体表血管瘤婴幼儿50例,对所有患儿的临床资料实施回顾性分析,以治疗结果为依据实施分组,其中38例治疗有效,纳入有效组,12例治疗无效,纳入无效组,对两组患儿的血流动力学参数、回声和瘤体大小进行观察,明确高频超声的应用价值。结果:相比治疗前,有效组患儿血流减少者24例,瘤体厚度明显缩小,动脉收缩期峰值流速下降者35例,阻力指数提升者34例,静脉流速下降者33例,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而瘤体宽径和长径治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无效组各项指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有效组治疗后,瘤体厚度减小明显,对比治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在婴幼儿体表血管瘤临床治疗中应用高频超声价值较高,瘤体厚度可作为疗效判定的重要指标。
Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the clinical treatment of infantile hemangioma.Methods 50 infants with body surface hemangioma in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the evaluation objects.The clinical data of all infants were retrospectively analyzed,mainly including clinical data and imaging data.According to the treatment results,they were divided into two groups,38 cases were treated effectively and included in the effective group,12 cases were treated ineffective and included in the ineffective group.Parameters,the hemodynamic parameters,echo and tumor size of the two groups were observed to clarify the application value of highfrequency ultrasound.Results Compared with before treatment,there were 24 cases with blood flow reduction,35 cases with peak systolic velocity decrease,34 cases with resistance index increase and 33 cases with venous velocity decrease in the effective group,with significant difference(P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in tumor width and length before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in various indexes of the ineffective group(P>0.05);After 6 months of treatment,the tumor thickness of the effective group decreased significantly,compared with 1 month and 3 months,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of infantile hemangioma,the value of high frequency ultrasound is high,and the tumor thickness can be used as an important indicator of curative effect.
