彩色多普勒超声在老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular lesions in elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声影像检测技术诊断老年2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的临床价值。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月绵阳市中心医院内分泌科收治的65例老年2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,选取同期于我院体检中心体检的65例老年健康人为参照组,两组研究对象均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,判断其对下肢血管病变的诊断价值。结果:观察组股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉三处下肢动脉血管内径和血流量计算值低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声用于老年2型糖尿病患者诊断下肢血管病可靠性高,有推广必要性。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in diagnosing lower extremity vascular disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 65 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Mianyang central hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group,65 elderly healthy persons who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Both groups of subjects received color Doppler ultrasonography to determine the diagnostic value of lower limb vascular lesions.Results The calculated values of the inner diameter and blood flow of the femoral artery,popliteal artery and dorsal foot artery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high reliability in diagnosing lower limb vascular disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,so it is necessary to popularize it.
