摘要
为了解决矿井带式输送机存在的因运行不均匀性导致的空载或轻载问题,基于运量与带速间的数学关系,设计研究了带式输送机变频控制系统,并且给出了变频控制系统运行流程及设备选型,通过现场实践验证了优化设计的可行性。优化后,矿井带式输送机的运行电量消耗有所降低,有效功率有了较大幅度的提升,为矿井智能化建设及企业降本增效提供了一定的参考与借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of no-load or light load caused by uneven operation of the mine belt conveyor,based on the mathematical relationship between traffic volume and belt speed,this paper designed and studied the frequency conversion control system of belt conveyors,and proposed the operation process and equipment selection of frequency conversion control system.The feasibility of optimal design was verified by field practice.After optimization,the operation power consumption of mine belt conveyors has been reduced,and the effective power has been greatly improved,which provides certain reference for mine intelligent construction and enterprise cost reduction and efficiency increase.
