摘要 电力行业是国民经济发展的重要支柱,电厂企业生产消耗大量能源。国家绿色生态可持续发展战略的推进,对电厂企业节能改造提出了更高的要求。火电企业存在大功率辅机电动机耗电高的问题,采用变频技术可实现高压电机软启动。高压变频技术在中国电厂得到广泛应用,在动态响应等方面具有很大优势,高压变频技术节能可取得巨大经济效益。介绍了高压电动机变频调速技术,阐述了火电厂高压变频调速方案设计,分析了火电厂高压变频调速技术节能改造,探讨了火电厂高压变频器改造应用。 The power industry is an important pillar of national economic development.Power plant enterprises consume a lot of energy.With the promotion of the national green ecological sustainable development strategy,higher requirements are put forward for the energy-saving transformation of power plant enterprises.Thermal power enterprises have the problem of high power consumption of high-power auxiliary motor.The soft start of high-voltage motor can be realized by using frequency conversion technology.High voltage frequency conversion technology is widely used in power plants in China and has great advantages in dynamic response.High voltage frequency conversion technology can achieve great economic benefits in energy saving.This paper introduced the high-voltage motor variable-frequency regulating speed technology,expounded the design of high voltage variable-frequency regulating speed scheme in the thermal power plant,analyzed the energy-saving transformation of high voltage variable-frequency regulating speed technology in the thermal power plant,and discussed the transformation and application of high-voltage frequency converter in the thermal power plant.
