深浅孔复合注浆止水工艺研究与应用

摘要 李雅庄煤矿副斜井30~90 m区段河床砂砾层渗水,涌水量10~20 m^(3)/h,冬季结冰,影响斜井安全运输。通过现场踏勘,结合水文地质资料分析和现场勘察,工程宜采取水泥与化学材料2种浆材结合的方式进行注浆施工。首先利用水泥浆材的经济性充填壁后浅部围岩较大孔隙,然后采用化学材料(CH-601型)的先进属性封堵深部较小裂隙。经过综合治理,副斜井淋水区域滴水不成线,冬季不结冰,保障了矿井副斜井的运输安全。 The sand gravel layer of the riverbed in the 30-90 m section of the auxiliary inclined shaft of Liyazhuang Coal Mine has water seepage,and the water inflow is 10-20 m^(3)/h.Icing in winter affects the safe transportation of the inclined shaft.Through site survey,combined with hydrogeological data analysis and site survey,the project should adopt the combination of cement and chemical materials for grouting construction.Firstly,the economy of cement slurry was used to fill the large pores in the shallow surrounding rock behind the wall,and then the advanced properties of chemical materials(CH-601)were used to block the small deep fractures.After comprehensive treatment,the dripping water in the drenching area of the auxiliary inclined shaft does not form a line and does not freeze in winter,which ensures the transportation safety of the auxiliary inclined shaft of the mine.
