摘要
本文选取Web of Science数据库收录的游戏化外语教学文献为研究样本,并调研2003年至2018年游戏化外语教学的实证研究。当前该领域的研究重点主要集中在验证游戏化外语教学应用成效、剖析游戏元素和学习者个体因素对教学的影响以及探索游戏化外语教学设计与开发四个方面。本文还探讨该研究领域未来的发展:理论方面关注游戏化外语教学相关的新理论、新视角;应用场景上促进游戏化与学校外语课程的深度融合;研究过程重视数据的挖掘与分析,研究方法上重视基于设计的研究范式。
The article dissects the empirical research on gameful foreign language teaching and learning on the basis of relevant literature in Web of Science from 2003 to 2018.The results show that the current research mainly focuses on the following four aspects:verifying the effects of gameful foreign language teaching,analyzing the influence of the two elements-game and individual-on teaching,and the design and development of digital games for foreign language teaching.Finally,this article puts forward some proposals for the prospects of this domain.In the future,close attention will be paid to the following four aspects:relevant new theories and perspectives,integration of gamification and foreign language curriculum,mining and analyzing of research data,and the paradigm relevant to design-based development and research.
