财经高校图书馆学科服务现状及发展对策

The Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Subject Services in the Libraries of Finance and Economics Universities

通过发放调查问卷、网站调研和文献调研,从图书馆学科服务机构和网站栏目设置、学科服务的内容、方式、团队、对象、学科服务制度、学科服务平台和是否开展学科评价分析、嵌入式学科服务、查收查引科技查新、对科研和决策支持以及知识产权信息服务等方面对国内46所公办财经高校图书馆开展的学科服务情况进行调研,发现国内财经高校图书馆在开展学科服务中存在缺乏专门机构和网站栏目设置、学科服务制度不健全、学科服务内容缺少特色和服务方式简单等问题。国内财经高校图书馆开展学科服务,应进一步完善学科服务机构和网站栏目设置,扩大学科服务影响力;建立“三位一体”学科服务体系;建设高质量的学科服务平台;突出特色,夯实学科资源建设;优化服务团队,加强学科馆员队伍建设;深化学科服务内容;拓展和创新嵌入式教学与科研服务;建立财经高校图书馆学科服务联盟并开展协同服务。

Through the questionnaires,website surveys and literature surveys,the paper investigates the subject service status of 46 libraries of public finance and economics colleges and universities in China,including the subject service institutions and website column settings,subject service systems,subject service contents,methods,teams,objects,subject service platforms and whether to carry out subject evaluation analysis,embedded subject service,sci-tech novelty retrieval,research and decision-making support,and intellectual property information services.It is found that domestic finance and economics university libraries lack specialized institutions and website column settings in the development of subject services,subject service systems are not sound,subject service contents lack features,and service methods are simple.It is proposed that domestic financial university libraries should improve subject service institutions and website column settings,expand subject service influence,establish a“three-in-one”subject service system,build a high-quality subject service platform,highlight characteristics,consolidate subject resource construction,optimize service teams,strengthen the development of subject librarian team construction,deepen chemistry subject service contents,expand and innovate embedded teaching and scientific research services,and establish library subject service alliances for universities of finance and economics and develop collaborative services to develop subject service development strategies.
