地方高校人文社科专业知识价值导向分配的实现与风险--来自知识经济视阈的考察

增加知识价值为导向的分配是新时期高等教育领域“放管服”改革的一项重要举措。对地方高校实现其服务地方经济社会发展的初衷具有重要现实意义。其中,社会科学专业在知识的生产方式、交换与消费方式等方面具有自身鲜明的特点,其知识价值实现的方式也必然具有自身的独特性。以知识经济有关概念和理论为切入视角.结合地方高校的使命与任务,同时兼顾社会科学专业自身在知识生产等方面的特点,从经济系统运行整体考察不同经济环节中地方高校社会科学专业参与知识生产、交换、分配各阶段各类参与者的角色定位与行动,通过构建市场化的知识经济系统来实现社科专业以知识价值为导向的分配方式实现路径。同时,以市场经济中市场失灵的视角.探讨知识价值为导向分配方式实践路径的探索与有关的制度构建中提前预判与重视其可能面临的多种市场失灵风险。

increasing the value of knowledge oriented distribution is an important measure in the reform of higher education in the new era.It is of great practical significance for local colleges and universities to realize their original intention of serving local economic and social development.Among them,social science specialty has its own distinctive characteristics in the production mode,exchange and consumption mode of knowledge,and the way to realize its knowledge value must also have its own uniqueness.From the perspective of relevant concepts and theories of knowledge economy,combined with the mission and tasks of local colleges and universities,and taking into account the characteristics of social science specialty in knowledge production and other aspects,this paper investigates the role positioning and action of various participants in different stages of knowledge production,exchange and distribution in local colleges and universities from the overall operation of economic system,Through the construction of market-oriented knowledge economy system to realize the social science professional knowledge value oriented distribution path.At the same time,from the perspective of market failure in the market economy,this paper discusses the exploration of the practical path of knowledge value oriented distribution and the related system construction,anticipating in advance and paying attention to the various market failure risks it may face.
