京津冀科技协同与创新发展对策建议--基于三地创新产出的实证分析

Countermeasures and suggestions for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology cooperation and innovative development integration--based on the data analysis of innovation output in three places

京津冀的协同发展,核心是京津冀三地作为一个整体协同发展。而随着国家创新驱动发展战略的深入展开,京津冀一体化走科技创新引领、协同合作发展道路便成了必由之路,更成为了实现三地优势互补,推进区域发展体制机制创新的迫切需要。基于京津冀三地创新产出数据分析,对区域内各类创新主体之间的协同发展效应进行了剖析,分析了三地科技协同发展存在的问题并给出了相应对策建议,为未来京津冀区域内各主体之间的相互合作、相互促进以及知识、技术、资金、人力资源等的优化配置提供了借鉴与指导。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei lies in the coordinated development of the three regions as a whole.With the deepening of the national innovation-driven development strategy,the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become the only way to take the road of scientific innovation-led coordinated promotion.Moreover,it has become an urgent need to realize the complementarity of the advantages of the three regions and promote the innovation of regional development system and mechanism.This article analyzes the problem,countermeasures and suggestions of the main body among the three collaborative innovation,based on the data analysis of innovation output in three places,and gives reference and guidance for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region mutual cooperation,mutual promotion,knowledge,technology,capital and human resources for optimizing configuration in the future.
