高管团队研发背景对企业创新绩效的影响--有调节的中介效应检验

The Influence of TMT's R&D Background on Innovation Performance--Moderated Mediating Effect Test

创新是企业获得竞争力,保持竞争地位的关键。高管团队作为企业创新决策的主要制定者,其背景特征对创新绩效产生重要影响。以高阶梯队理论为基础,构建有调节的中介模型,研究高管团队研发背景对创新绩效的影响及作用机制。基于1 298家A股上市公司2018年相关数据的实证检验,得出下列结论:高管团队研发背景与创新绩效显著正相关;高管团队研发背景与研发投入显著正相关;研发投入与创新绩效显著负相关;研发投入在高管团队研发背景和创新绩效之间起部分中介作用;超前行动在高管团队研发背景与研发投入之间起调节作用。在有调节的中介模型中,超前行动能够调节高管团队研发背景-研发投入-创新绩效之间的中介效应,且在高超前行动水平下,中介效应更显著,反之则越弱。

Innovation is the key for an enterprise to gain competitiveness and maintain its competitive position.As the main decision maker of innovation decision,the background characteristics of top management team have an important impact on innovation performance.Based on the theory of The Upper-echelons Perspective,this paper constructs a moderated mediating model to study the influence and mechanism of TMT's R&-D background on innovation performance.Through the empirical test of 1298 A-share listed companies,the following conclusions are drawn:TMT's R&-D background is significantly positively correlated with innovation performance;TMT's R&D background is positively correlated with R&-D investment;R&-D investment is negatively correlated with innovation performance;R&-D investment plays a partial mediating role between TMT's R&D background and innovation performance;Proactive action plays a moderating role between TMT's R&-D background and R&-D invest-ment.In the moderated mediating model,proactive action can adjust the mediating effect of TMT's R&D background R&D investment-innovation performance,and the mediating effect is more significant at the level of high proactive action,and vice versa.
