中国农业科技资源配置系统耦合协调的时空分异及驱动力研究 被引量:8

摘要 农业科技资源优化配置对促进农业科技高质量发展具有重要意义。基于农业科技资源配置能力子系统和配置效率子系统构建指标体系,从省域尺度出发,借助耦合协调模型,测算农业科技资源配置系统耦合协调发展水平,利用空间自相关及冷热点分析法分析其时空特征,并利用地理探测器探测其驱动因素。研究发现:农业科技资源配置能力子系统与配置效率子系统协调等级处于初级水平且没有得到有效改善。农业科技资源配置能力子系统与配置效率子系统耦合协调水平有明显的空间特征。协调度整体呈现由东部-中部-西部-东北的梯度递减格局,耦合协调的热点区域主要集中在中东部地区和西北地区,“内迁”趋势明显,冷点区域主要集中在长江中下游区域和东北地区。农业科技资源配置能力子系统与配置效率子系统耦合协调发展受到经济发展力、市场发育力、教育发展力、信息传输力,技术吸引力,农村生产力、财政支持力以及技术创新力等多元因子的共同驱动。 The optimal allocation of agricultural S&T resources is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of agricultural S&T.Constructed an index system based on the allocation capability subsystem and allocation efficiency subsystem of agricultural S&T resources,based on the provincial scale,calculated the level of coupling coordination of agricultural S&T resource allocation system by means of the coupling coordination model,analyzed its spatial characteristics and explored its driving factors.The research found that:The coupling coordinated level of agricultural S&T resource allocation ability subsystem and allocation efficiency subsystem is at the pri mary level and has not been effectively improved.The coupling coordinated level of agricultural S&T resource allocation ability subsystem and allocation efficiency subsystem has obvious spatial characteristics.The overall coordination degree presents a pattern of decreasing gradient from east to middle to west to northeast,the coordinated hot spots are mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions and the northwest regions,the trend of spatial agglomeration is obvious,the cold spots are mainly concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the northeast.The coordinated development of agricultural S&T resource allocation ability subsystem and allocation efficiency subsystem is driven by many factors,such as economic development force,market development force,educational development force,information transmission force,technological attractiveness,rural productivity,financial support force and technological innovation force.
