DICR基因多态性与变异性哮喘易感性的研究

摘要 目的探索DICR基因多态性与变异性哮喘易感性的相关性研究。方法选取2018年7月1日―2019年2月30日收治的52例变异性哮喘易感性患者作为哮喘组,并选取同期体检健康的40例健康者作为健康组,检测其树突状细胞免疫受体(DICR)基因表达,比较DICR基因中不同基因亚型和等位基因频率与变异性哮喘易感性的相关性。结果 DICR基因rs2377422位点基因型中,哮喘组T型和C型基因型分布频率显著高于健康组,而T型和C型等位基因分布频率无差异(P>0.05)。DICR基因rs10840759位点基因型中,2组T型和C型基因型分布频率无差异(P>0.05),而哮喘组T型基因分布频率显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。DICR基因rs2377422和rs10840759位点下基因型分布与变异型哮喘易感性显著相关(P=0.004,95%CI:1.135~1.647)、(P=0.015,95%CI:1.158~1.322)。结论体内携带T型、C型分布频率的变异性哮喘患者,易感性发生率较高,可为临床基因调节治疗提供指导依据。 Objective To explore the relationship between DICR gene polymorphism and susceptibility to variant asthma.Methods It selected 52 patients with variant asthma susceptibility admitted from July 1, 2018 to February 30, 2019 as the asthma group, and 40 healthy people who were healthy during physical examinations during the same period as the healthy group to test their dendritic cell immune response. The expression of DICR gene, and the correlation between different gene subtypes and allele frequencies in DICR gene and susceptibility to variant asthma.Results Among the genotypes at the rs2377422 locus of the DICR gene, the distribution frequency of T-type and C-type genotypes in the asthma group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group, but there was no difference in the distribution frequency of T-type and C-type alleles(P>0.05). Among the genotypes at the rs10840759 locus of the DICR gene, there was no difference in the distribution frequency of T-type and C-type genotypes between the two groups(P>0.05), while the frequency of T-type gene distribution in the asthma group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05). The genotype distribution at the rs2377422 and rs10840759 loci of the DICR gene was significantly correlated with the susceptibility to variant asthma(P=0.004, 95%CI: 1.135~1.647),(P=0.015, 95%CI: 1.158~1.322).Conclusion Patients with variable asthma susceptibility with T-type and C-type distribution frequencies in the body have a higher incidence of susceptibility, which can provide guidance for clinical gene regulation therapy.
