摘要
迅速诊断液压系统故障,关键在于弄清故障原因,建立数据库,为智能诊断提供保障。笔者从液压系统材料出发,归纳故障类属,对故障进行溯本追源,提高识别精度,进而达到快速检测和维修目的。结果显示:立足系统材料因素分析产生的故障,能及时反馈设备不足及缺陷,便于对液压系统更新改良,使液压系统设备、运转、故障排除科学化、智能化,缩短迭代周期。
Rapid diagnosis of hydraulic system faults,the key lies in the accumulation of fault types and maintenance schemes,the establishment of a database,to provide a guarantee for intelligent diagnosis.The author summarizes the faults from the structural factors of the hydraulic system,so as to facilitate the tracing of the fault origin,improve the identification accuracy,and achieve the purpose of rapid detection and maintenance.The results show that based on the analysis of system material factors,it can timely feed back the equipment deficiencies and defects,facilitate the renewal and improvement of the hydraulic system,make the hydraulic system equipment,operation and troubleshooting scientific and intelligent,and shorten the iteration cycle.
