摘要
以邻苯二酚与α-氯代丙烯和溴甲烷为原料,在复合固体碱催化剂作用下,研究了固体碱催化一锅法合成愈创木酚甘油醚的方法,讨论了原料配比、溶剂、温度、时间和催化剂对反应的影响。结果表明,在室温加入次氯酸钠水溶液后,逐渐升温到60℃搅拌反应3 h后,收率91.8%。产物经核磁共振、红外光谱和质谱确认。
With catechol,α-chloropropene and bromomethane as raw materials,the one-step synthesis of guaiacol glycerol ether catalyzed by composite solid base was studied.The effects of raw material ratio,solvent,temperature,time and catalyst on the reaction were discussed.The results showed that the yield was 91.8%after adding sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution at room temperature,then gradually heating to 60℃and keep reaction temperature of 60℃for 3 h.The product was confirmed by NMR,IR and MS.
