摘要
叙述了目前已报道的醋酸可的松合成路线,分析了他们优缺点,以21-脱氧可的松为原料的合成路线仍旧是工业上制备醋酸可的松的主要方法,但以其他底物作为起始原料的合成工艺也在一定程度上获得了突破。卤代反应作为合成醋酸可的松中最为关键的一步,其工艺研究虽然取得了一定的进展,但依旧面临步骤多、反应选择性差、污染严重等问题。研究绿色高效的卤代方法是未来醋酸可的松工艺改进的重要方向。
The reported synthetic routes of cortisone acetate were described,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The synthetic route using 21-deoxy cortisone as raw material is still the main method for the preparation of cortisone acetate in industry.However,the synthetic process using other substrates as starting materials has also made a breakthrough to some extent.Halogenation reaction is the most critical step in the synthesis of cortisone acetate.Although some progress has been made in its process research,it still faces many problems such as multiple steps,poor reaction selectivity and serious pollution.Research on green and efficient halogenation method is an important direction for the improvement of cortisone acetate process in the future.
