从耐氯菌谈未来供水管网水质安全保障技术发展趋势

Discussion of the Development Trend of Water Quality Safety Technology in Future Water Supply Network on the Perspective of Chlorine-Resistant Bacteria

摘要 供水管网中的耐氯菌存在广泛、适应性强。耐氯菌的控制是供水管网水质安全保障的核心问题之一。通过对供水管网中不同输送距离的耐氯菌生物种类多样性进行分析研究,同时基于实验室自制管道模拟装置,从管材、余氯浓度、菌落形态以及细菌种类等方面对分离出的耐氯菌进行研究。结果表明供水管网始端与中途耐氯菌的群落结构组成相差不大,但末梢处的耐氯菌群落结构组成存在较大差异。在抗生素的存在下,有些耐氯菌对抗生素具有耐药性,耐药性可以在不同的耐氯菌之间发生转移,导致原本非耐药的耐氯致病菌呈现出耐药性,最终导致耐氯致病菌对抗生素产生耐药性,对人类的健康具有潜在风险。最后,从耐氯菌对消毒剂和抗生素抗性关系的角度,分析与展望了未来供水管网水质安全保障技术发展趋势。 Chlorine-resistant bacteria in water supply network are widespread and adaptable. The control of chlorine-resistant bacteria is one of the core problems of water quality safety in water supply network. Through to water supply network in the resistance to chlorine bacteria species diversity of different conveying distance analysis, homemade pipeline based on laboratory simulation device at the same time, from tubing, residual chlorine concentration, colony morphology and bacterial species on chlorine resistant bacteria isolated from the study. Results showed that water supply network signalling and midway of chlorine resistant bacteria community structure were similar, However, there were great differences in the community structure and composition of chlorine-resistant bacteria at the end. In the presence of antibiotics, some chlorine-resistant bacteria were resistant to antibiotics, and resistance can be transferred among different chlorine-resistant bacteria, leading to the emergence of resistance of non-resistant chlorine-resistant bacteria, and finally to the emergence of resistance of chlorine-resistant bacteria to antibiotics, posing potential risks to human health. Finally, from the perspective of the relationship between chlorine-resistant bacteria to disinfectants and antibiotic resistance, the development trend of water quality safety assurance technology in water supply network in the future was analyzed and prospected.
